Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final once a project has commenced. However, we strive to ensure your satisfaction through a fair and transparent policy.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
As we provide custom digital services, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once work has been delivered or development has begun, the service cannot be returned or undone.
2. Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only at the sole discretion of PRIME STICK RETAIL LLC, under limited circumstances:

A full refund may be requested within 3 business days of payment, only if no work has begun.

If a project is canceled after work has started, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed.

If we are unable to deliver the service due to internal issues, a full or partial refund will be provided.
All approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:

Deposits or milestone payments for custom projects

Work that has already been completed or partially delivered

Costs incurred from third-party services (e.g., domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, licenses)
4. 15-Day Post-Delivery Technical Support
We proudly offer a 15-day technical support period starting from the date of final project delivery.
During this time, we will fix any bugs, errors, or technical issues directly related to the original scope of work—at no additional charge.
This support does not cover:

New feature requests or changes to the original scope

Issues caused by third-party plugins, hosting errors, or user modifications

Problems arising from unauthorized access or tampering with site files
For any issues discovered after this 15-day period, support may be offered at our standard hourly or service rates.
5. Project Cancellation by Client
If you decide to cancel your project after it has been initiated:

Notify us in writing via email at info@primesitebuilder.com

You will be billed for all work completed up to the date of cancellation

Any unpaid third-party service costs will be included in your final invoice
6. Quality Assurance & Revisions
We include reasonable revision cycles as part of each project to ensure your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied at any stage, we encourage you to contact us to resolve the matter before requesting a refund or filing a dispute.
